Thank you for visiting Rogue Natural Living. We hope your shopping experience goes well and we will do whatever we can to improve our online store. We present these terms in order to demonstrate our firm commitment to your privacy and to clarify any questions you may have. These terms are subject to change.
IN STOCK ITEMS:
In stock items will be shipped within two business days of receipt of order. Please contact us if we can help you find something currently not listed.
BACKORDERED ITEMS:
We will notify you immediately if any backorders occur. We will provide you with an estimate of how long it will take, sometimes between 2-6 weeks, but usually much faster. This largely depends on our vendors.
RETURN POLICY:
All returns must notify us first by email or phone so we can give you an authorization number. Since we don't store your financial information (for increased security), we will need to get the credit card number you used during checkout. Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase. Return unused products in the original packing material with your proof of purchase and order number to: Rogue Natural Living: P.O. Box 905 Cave Junction, OR 97523 USA.

Call 1-541-592-3828 between the hours of 11:00 am and 3:00 pm weekdays. For local orders, optional pickup and/or delivery available.
PRIVACY:
Rogue Natural Living respects and values your privacy in the highest regard. Our policies prohibit the selling or trading of customer information for any reason. We do however collect visitor's contact information in order to send you orders, information about our company, catalogues, and to facilitate Rogue Natural Living's ability to market our products. Sick of those catalogues that keep piling up in your mailbox? We are too, so we only send out catalogues to our customers once in a long while, unless requested.
SECURITY:
We do a number of things to make our online store as secure as possible. By using our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) to encrypt your sensitive personal information online through an official authorize.net payment gateway, you can shop feeling safe and secure. We do not store your credit card information, so there is no way of it getting away from us. We use address and card verification services.
